Investigation Information: 

*Tickets must be purchased online. NO tickets sold at the door. No refunds, but you can transfer tickets to another person. Email: colfaxdirector@gmail.com

*Bring a Flashlight - There is limited electricity. 

*Must be 14 year old or older to attend. 

*Most are self guided investigations. We give you equipment and let you explore the building. Volunteers will be wandering throughout the building to help during your hunt. And they will teach you how to use the equipment. You can request a guide if you don't want to go alone. 

*Equipment is included during the tour. (K2 Meters, SLS cameras, phasma boxes, spirit boxes, REM pods, Ovulus, Shadow detectors, Data loggers (EDI Plus).  

*Layer your clothes. 

*Bring your own equipment if you have it.  Or borrow ours. 

*Bring signed waiver or sign online.

*No alcohol/marijuana or intoxicated people admitted on the tour. No refunds given if you are asked to leave. 

*Comfortable shoes. There is lots of walking and lots of stairs.

*Bring a mask, it is dusty. 

*There is a portable restroom in the alley.

*We ask that all participants be quiet during the tours so that people can investigate.

*Be respectful of the building and blocked off areas. 

*No candles or Ouji boards allowed in the building. 

*Feel free to take lots of photos. You never know what you may catch.
